If this is your first time to the member portal you will need to activate your account using the activation password on your electric bill. If an activation password isn't on your bill, call our member service center at 1.800.637.1079 anytime day or night and a member service representative will provide you with one. Remember to change it to a secure password that only you know once you have logged in. Please avoid the use of the word "password" or sequential numbers like "12345."
