If this is your first time to the member portal you will need to activate your account using the activation password on your electric bill. If an activation password isn't on your bill, call our member service center at 1.800.637.1079 anytime day or night and a member service representative will provide you with one. Once activated, please change your password to something secure that only you know. Please avoid the use of the word "password" or sequential numbers like "12345."
Remember to disable your popup blocker while making a payment online.
Have you signed up for Outage Text Messaging?
To sign up for outage text messaging, text the letters TEMC to short code 85700. You will then receive a message asking for your electric account number so we know which substation serves your account. To deactivate the service, text STOP to short code 85700 or reply STOP to any text message received. Data and message fees may apply depending on the terms of your cellular service.
